The Fabric of Our Being Exhibit

The Black Manitoban Chamber of Commerce (BMCC), in partnership with the Manitoba Museum, presents The Fabric of Our Being, a Black History Month exhibit by Jamaican-Canadian, multi-award-winning poet, author, advocate, and educator Nadine Williams

This exhibit explores themes of identity, heritage, and legacy, aligning with the United Nations’ Second Decade of People of African Descent. Through art and storytelling,

The Fabric of Our Being

reflects the connections between history, culture, and collective progress.

Guests are invited to attend an evening at the Manitoba Museum to experience the exhibit, engage with the artist’s work, and take part in a meaningful Black History Month celebration.
